The most common response I hear about my workouts and my programs is that there are options for everybody. Regardless of where you are at in your health journey, it’s important to recognize that these programs are effective for all people, all ages and abilities. No need to be a die-hard runner or athlete. But, also no need to be severely overweight in need of extreme weight loss.
