Two main offerings in May:
- Actively Ageless – workout group that includes 30 minute workouts on zoom Monday-Friday, variety from easy to difficult level, LIVE or recorded options. The focus this month is the Move Your Body EveryDayMay chlallenge. See descriptions below.
- Wellness Workshop – a focus on LEARNING nutrition with the focus this month being on the Salad a Day Every Day May Challenge.

Beyond the coaching and support in the groups, many people need more individualized help and support. For that reason, the following visual describes the two tiers of package: solo rider versus taxi rider.
If you are a true beginner with Heather Rose Wellness and you’d like to begin with the Nail Down Your Nutrition content on a self-paced basis, the following visual lists out what that program all includes. This program is NOT run as a facebook group. This would be done individually, on your own time using the resources + videos.

Enrollment is super easy, and very informal. Message Heather directly via email, text, instagram, or facebook for information, payment, and more. It is super informal, as there are no third-party apps, assistants, or “buy now” buttons. You message with Heather herself.
